On July 2, 2013 we opened Brio's doors, a project that puts together our visions and passions. A great love for the South of Italy, our origins from the Centre and a professional and life experience in the North are the ingredients at the base of our dishes.
Berlin is our background, the city we chose because of its remarkable multicultural characteristics and its ability to welcome and support new ideas.
We are two young Italian cooks who had the luck to work with chefs and artisans that love their profession and products..
We want to thank Chef Nadia and her family, Chef Marco and Massimo, Chef Riccardo and Ramona, Pietro, Fabio, Toni and his family and all those who shared their experiences with us.
The “piattini” we informally propose are gourmet portions combined with the tradition of the Italian folk cuisine. This idea perfectly suits the current demand of quality in food and inspires an Italian-style aperitif served with excellent wine.
We offer a selection of labels from Italy, Germany and the Brandeburg region.

A corner of our Bistro is dedicated to a fine selection of Italian culinary specialties: extra-virgin olive oil, mustard, chocolates, the unfailing pasta and tomato conserves and much more.

The Italian vision of good food is perfectly represented in the Brio cookery. Thanks to strictly seasonal ingredients and our capacity to mix flavours in the best way.
